Download reports from the business portal¶
Use the business portal when you need to review payment data or download a report now. This option does not require development, so it works well for occasional reporting and manual follow-up.
If you need payment data in your accounting system regularly, use an accounting integration instead.
Find the information you need¶
- Log in to the Vipps MobilePay business portal.
- Choose the correct sales unit before reviewing or exporting data.
- Select Transactions in the sidebar to view sales transactions.
- Select Reports in the sidebar to view transfers and download reports.
The portal gives you a practical view of payment activity without an integration. Use it to investigate a transaction, follow a payout, or prepare a report for a period.
Choose the right export¶
Excel reports are available with or without sender names and messages. Choose the version without personal details unless you need those details for a specific purpose. If you download the version with sender names and messages, your business becomes an independent data controller for that personal information.
Need data regularly?¶
Downloaded reports are useful for a one-off task. For ongoing accounting, a registered accounting partner can retrieve sales and settlement data through the APIs, close to when payments happen.
