Track sales and payments

Get Paid gives you a quick view of payment activity from your phone.

Use it during the day to confirm completed payments, follow outstanding Payment Requests, and switch between sales units when your business has more than one place or team taking payments.

What to check

  • Completed payments — Confirm that the sale went through before handing over goods or closing the order.
  • Outstanding requests — See which Payment Requests still need action from the customer.
  • Sales units — Make sure you are viewing or taking payments for the right unit.
  • Daily activity — Use the app for a quick operational view, and use the business portal or APIs for deeper reporting.

Sales units

Sales units help separate payment activity across locations, counters, teams, events, or other parts of your business.

Choose the correct sales unit before taking a payment. This keeps the payment easier to recognize later in Get Paid, the business portal, and reporting flows.

Reporting beyond the app

Get Paid is useful for day-to-day payment overview. For reconciliation, accounting, settlement, or automated reporting, use the business portal and the reporting APIs.

See Reporting and APIs for the recommended API flow.
