Get Paid¶

Get Paid is the Vipps MobilePay app for taking and following up Vippsnummer payments from your phone.

Use it when you want a simple way to sell in person, take card payments without a separate terminal, send Payment Requests, or keep an eye on today's sales. With Shopping Basket and card payments, Get Paid can work like a light point-of-sale setup for fixed products and prices.

What you can do in Get Paid¶

• Use Shopping Basket as a simple checkout — Add fixed-price items, confirm the basket, and let the customer pay.
• Accept card payments from your phone — Useful when the customer does not use Vipps or MobilePay.
• Take Open Amount payments — Enter an amount yourself, or guide the customer to pay your Vippsnummer.
• Send Payment Requests — Send a request to a customer's phone when you have agreed the amount.
• Follow your sales — See payments, outstanding requests, and activity across sales units.

How it fits with Vippsnummer¶

Get Paid does not replace your Vippsnummer setup. It gives you a practical app layer for the moments where you or your staff are handling payments during the day.

• Use Open Amount when the amount changes from payment to payment.
• Use Shopping Basket when you have fixed products or prices.
• Use Payment Requests when you want to send a request to one customer.
• Use Reporting and APIs when you need automatic reporting, reconciliation, or bookkeeping.
