Set up Get Paid

Get Paid is available from App Store and Google Play. To log in, you need an activation code from the business portal.

Only an administrator can generate activation codes. If you are not an administrator, ask one in your business to create a code for you.

Set up access

  1. Download Get Paid from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Generate an activation code in the business portal under user access for Get Paid.
  3. Open Get Paid and enter your name and activation code.
  4. Choose the right sales unit before taking payments.

Before staff start selling

  • Confirm which sales unit they should use.
  • Show them when to use Shopping Basket, Open Amount, card payment, and Payment Requests.
  • Make sure product names and prices are ready before using Shopping Basket.
  • Agree how staff should check completed payments before handing over goods.
